There are many sea view variations but all come at some sort of premium. Some highly desirable sea views are looking out over the Port area of Javea and South facing but then there are others with a more rugged and natural sea view further along the coastline. Some of these natural sea views are dramatic during the day but not as visually stimulating during the night due to the lack of twinkling lights from distant Javea properties, Javea Marina or Javea port area.

So a sea view with a colder orientation is a compromise that needs to be thought through. Even an East facing property means the sun will be behind you by late afternoon. In the summer this never seems to be an issue due to the high ambient temperatures, but come winter time, when the sun is much lower in the sky, it will be much colder in the shade than a south facing naya. 

A good Javea sea view property with the correct orientation that can not be obscured will insulate your investment. Many Javea sea view properties for sale can also have many steps due to the elevation. With the average age of today's buyer being 55 years, it's worth while taking it into consideration. Ensure you can easily drive up and unload the shopping or at least access the property from a top road with few steps down!
